Unfortunately, D. A. Carson's new book, The Intolerance of Tolerance, has been delayed. It was to be published on February 15. Now Eerdmans indicates it will not be published until April 3. I have learned that publishing will actually be much later than April 3.
I could have used it for an essay that I just completed. Oh well, now I will have to cite it as "forthcoming."
